Most Run Out In International Cricket: Bowlers can out batsman in many ways in Cricket. But for a batsman, getting run out is the most unfortunate thing that can happen during a cricket match. It is the most frustrating thing for a batsman and we have seen some awkward run-outs and run-outs as a result of great fielding.
However, getting run out is the worst thing that can happen to a batsman in a cricket match.
But it mostly depends on the understanding between the two batsmen playing on the pitch. If there is a gap of understanding between them then the chances of being run out increase. And we have seen most of the run-outs in the last overs, especially in the T20 matches when players try to score more runs and change strikes.
When talking about run-outs, Rahul Dravid former Indian captain got the most run-outs in international cricket. He got run out 53 times which is the most run out in international cricket matches.
Sri Lankan batsman Mahela Jayawardene is at the second position with 51 run-outs — 39 ODIs and 7 Tests. Another Sri Lankan player; Marvan Atapattu is in the third position with 48 run-outs, 41 in ODIs and 7 in Tests.
