Vivo IPL 2013 Points Table: Vivo IPL 2013 Final was played between the two most successful teams of the Indian Premier League, Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians.
Mumbai Indians defeated Chennai Super Kings by 23 runs, Mumbai won the toss and elected to bat first in the IPL 2013 Final. Mumbai had set the target of 148 for CSK by losing the 9 wickets. Kieron Pollard scored the most runs for MI, 60 runs not out in just 32 balls.
Dwayne Bravo (CSK) took the 4 wickets by spending 42 runs in his 4 overs spell. This tight bowling helped CSK to stop MI under 150 runs.
From the CSK side, Only MS Dhoni scored 50+ runs in the inning. He scored 63 runs in just 45 balls and was not out in one side. But MS Dhoni’s knock couldn’t help CSK to win the match. They lose the match by 23 runs.
On 26 May 2013, Mumbai Indians won their first IPL trophy under the Rohit Sharma captaincy. This journey did not stop, MI won a total of 5 IPL trophies as of 2022.
